Quality
If any wine proves to be corked, or in any other way faulty as a result of the winemaking process, we will generally replace it or, to a maximum of 1 opened bottle per case, replace all the other unopened bottles from the case.
We have great confidence in the quality of our products and do not expect any quality issues with it, however if you experience any quality issues please contact us and we will endeavour to rectify them. Other than this, we place a great deal of trust in the integrity of our customers - all we ask is that common sense should prevail in deciding whether what is in the bottle is truly faulty (as a result of the winemaking process) or simply the result of poor storage conditions by the customer.
If you have any questions or comments regarding our products, or wish to report a faulty wine, please contact us by letter or e-mail, and we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
