When purchasing online orders the minimum purchase quantity is 6 bottles. Once you have added 6 bottles to your basket you will be able to select ‘courier delivery’ to any mainland UK address. Is there a delivery charge? We only charge £9.95 for delivery anywhere in mainland UK, no matter the size of your order. See our Shipping pages for more information. Do you deliver overseas? We can only take online orders from customers within the UK. For International orders - email sales@duvino.co.uk with your requirements and we can provide you with a quotation for delivery to your location. Do your stock other items which are not shown on your website? Duvino.co.uk is an internet division of Odessagne Ltd, and we are always expanding and adding to our product line. Please feel free to contact our sales team by emailing sales@duvino.co.uk if you are looking for a particular product. How can I tell if a particular wine will be sealed with a screw-cap or traditional cork? All our wines are sealed with a traditional cork, unless otherwise specified in the product description. I've completed my drinks order online. Can I amend or add to it? We are happy to accept additions to your order. Please note, if your order hasn’t yet been shipped we can include the items in with your initial order and charge no further shipping. If a new consignment has to be organised, we will need to charge you an additional £9.95 for the courier costs. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes email sales@duvino.co.uk. Can I arrange a specific date and time for my wine to be delivered? For bulk orders that require a specific delivery date, please email sales@duvino.co.uk to place the order. I've received a faulty bottle of wine. What should I do? If any wine proves to be corked, or in any other way faulty as a result of the winemaking process, please contact our team at sales@duvino.co.uk as soon as possible. Where available we will generally replace it or, to a maximum of 1 opened bottle per case, replace all the other unopened bottles from the case.
